Cool 8) If you want, we could make the stakes something like loser posts something positive about the winning team in each of their game threads each week the rest of the season, with the winning school's avatar until that team's season comes to an end? Hopefully both make the playoffs which will make both seasons last at least four more weeks after the game. Sound good to you?

I think on offense that's all we lost. The qb Rolfe has progressed really well. Valley has been really blessed with talent at qb. All very different in style. Blake was prob the most athletic. Will was the toughest and just seemed to have a desire to win. Rolfe has the best arm and seems to run the offense the best. I guess being the coordinators son prob helps in that department.

This thread is a train wreck every year with very little football being discused. So is the west/burg thread and the west/minford thread. I can't put my finger on why but there has to be a common denominator. The valley/burg and valley/minford valley/Portsmouth burg/minford threads are all good reads.

I disagree with you on this. Go read the West/Minford thread from last week. It barely had 3 pages by friday, and everyone was respectful of each other even after the game which had 4 pages of comments. No real drama all week was impressed.

If West can play a "clean game" meaning no turnovers, penalties or giving up big plays that can win this game. Do I think they could win by 14 sure. Do I think they could lose by 14 sure. This is high school football we are talking about here. Anything can happen under the Friday night lights. We have all seen or played in games when something unexpected has happened. Lets just all agree to disagree. We all love our teams and are passionate about them. I for one will route for West every week win or lose no matter who they play. I think this will be a hard fought game with the winner having a real shot at being named SOCII champs.

I have tried along with a few West and Valley fans to have a normal dialogue regarding this game. To disrespect the Coach of any team on here is classless. If you represent the team that has won 20 or more games in a row. Then you wonder why people get heated and you laugh some more?
Coach T and staff will have their team ready. Should be a great game to see.
