Re: WK5 (4-0) Wheelersburg @ (4-0) Jackson
They still play def and also 2 years ago they looked very good with speed and a qb that threw the ball very good. I know Andy well and I know Jackson is a run team that's why I said they were down at the skill positions. Not as good in the secondary as in past years. 7-7 or even scrimmages mean little but I've seen enough hs football to spot skill. Burg won't be tested till late in the playoffs. If they match up with Anna I would take Anna as long as there qb is ok but he might be out.

But I keep hearing about this surprise Jackson has waiting for Burg. Lol. It's all I hear every day. It is getting really annoying. Are they going to let the clock start running at the beginning of the 1st to quicken the game up and keep the score closer?Abe Froman wrote: Wed Sep 20, 2017 7:36 am 42-17 Burg

I have a question to the Jackson posters that might know. Does Jackson run the wildcat offense? I was at burgs practice yesterday and seen them defending it. I have only watched Jackson once this year but I never did see it being ran. And I don’t remember 23 playing QB but they had a #23 jersey on a kid playing QB ???
Re: WK5 (4-0) Wheelersburg @ (4-0) Jackson
Lol. They do it every year. Try to run a whole new look. It worked one year, I think.tobehonest wrote: Wed Sep 20, 2017 11:31 am I have a question to the Jackson posters that might know. Burg makes another GOOD D3 team look very mediocre again this week.... IF Jackson keeps this close at all they will make some noise in the playoffs this year.

I heard he takes the snap from under center? And they like to bootleg him out for a run or a throw back.wobycat wrote: Wed Sep 20, 2017 11:50 amLol. They do it every year. Guess the world is supposed to end 9/23/17 according to some theologians...atleast we got one more night of awesome High School Football...this game should be good and memorable, even if it is only for one day!! JK. Looking very forward to it...Jackson is always great host and have no problem donating $2 to their sports programs for parking. Got my milk jug ready!

Re: WK5 (4-0) Wheelersburg @ (4-0) Jackson
So I've got this feeling that Jackson is going to try and run that "wildcat" all night. I think they are going to try and keep as many of their skill players on the field as much as they can. Probably going to see a bunch of option plays. A few throw backs. Boot legs. A reverse. I just have a feeling.
Re: WK5 (4-0) Wheelersburg @ (4-0) Jackson
Jackson has used McCoy at QB a fair amount already this season. It's not something new. It puts the ball in the hands of their most dynamic player on every snap. I have no idea how much we'll see that on Friday night, but if we do, it's something that Jackson has used and is familiar with. They're not potentially changing their entire strategy specifically for this game.
Re: WK5 (4-0) Wheelersburg @ (4-0) Jackson
If that is the case, I can see a big night for Donini. He seems to see those plays developing and is able to come up and put a big hit on the ball carrier for negative yards.P(irate) wrote: Thu Sep 21, 2017 6:34 am So I've got this feeling that Jackson is going to try and run that "wildcat" all night. The Sheriff is a monster. He flys to the ball and he definitely has a nose for misdirection.4thgoal wrote: Thu Sep 21, 2017 7:17 amIf that is the case, I can see a big night for Donini. Thinking about going to this game. It's really tempting...
