Re: Wk3 Berne Union @ Nelsonville-York
Belpre says no way NY drops to 0-3. No matter how young they are.
LETS GO BUCKS!!!

Re: Wk3 Berne Union @ Nelsonville-York
I think NY gets in the win column this week. The Bucks need this one in more ways than one and I think they get it.

What does Burnt Onion have that u guys have to stop or are worried about?
Re: Wk3 Berne Union @ Nelsonville-York
The Bernies will lose by +30. Their coach is in his first year and I think he's just in between a rock and a hard place with having to deal with low numbers. The Bernies have 28 players; their QB is a junior who didn't play last year. Another case of an athlete playing the QB role. Their D is by no means spectacular. The line gets beat easily, I seriously think they have a conditioning problem. You may have heard they have a 6'5 360lb kid, when I watched them play he did not play.Sum_it_up89 wrote:Is there a chance that Burnt Onion come to Meade Field and takes the win???
Berne is expected to finish second to last in a league that, due to a unique situation, might not put any teams in the r21or r25.

Re: Wk3 Berne Union @ Nelsonville-York
Also, another worthwhile bit of information. The Rockets run a no huddle offense and incorporates a lot of spread, namely screens, out routes, as well as slants over the middle. The problem they have is that it is the basis for their offense, the overwhelming majority of their plays for positive yardage are succeeded by no huddle. This is problematic because like I mention, it wears the crap out of their big uglies.

If the Bucks would have done that at NC....I believe they would have either made that game a lot closer or would have pulled ahead. I so would love to Play that game again ...........Bucks win this week!!!!
Re: Wk3 Berne Union @ Nelsonville-York
I couldn't believe the lack of fans at newark. NC stands weren't very full either. I've never saw ny travel with that few fans though. I think Bucks win this one and it won't be close.

Sad but true N.C. fans seem not to be coming to the games like they once did.
I think with most games being moved to Friday fans have found other things to do.
The crowds are smaller on Friday night compared to what you witnessed last week.
Change is not always the smart way to go.

It will be good to get back to the Boston Field where I am sure we won't get cheated out of the stadium. The Bucks will get back on track this week with the ground and pound. With #1 emerging as one of if not the best half back in the area, and another handful at fullback this season may turn into the old man's type football.
