NY had very few that made the trip to Newark.

This is sad to hear.

NY has a very proud football tradition and 1 of the best small school stadiums in SE Ohio.

I realize that their games are carried on both radio and local TV cable. I also realize that they have several long time fans on SEOPS that are very respectful of the other teams (Orange and Brown, NYBuckeye96, to name a few) that are always on hear with positive comments about the Buckeys and their opponets.

I also realize the lose to Trimble is disheartening to all but a very succesful season can still happen.

As a Belpre fan that always enjoyed making the trip to NY for games and, at least during football seasom, relished a win against NY almost as much as a win against county rival Warren, I would expect nothing more than the NY faithful to fill their side of the field, not only for this game, but the rest of the home games this season and support YOUR boys and coaches as they try to turn an disappointing 0-2 start into a fine 8-2 finish, another TVC Ohio crown and another trip to the OHSAA playoffs.

I will be in Racine watching the Golden Eagles vs Southern, rooting for a Golden Eagle win but also pulling for a Buckeye win AND a full home side stands to support your Buckeyes.

I follow NY in football all the time. I would drive to Florida. And watch them play ..my work. Schedule. Trys to hamper it.I more than anyone would love. To see. 8-2.. the bucks are young. But have. Talent hopefully things get clicking and they start to gel as a team..this young team needs loyal. Fans not band wagon jumpers.I gripe about things but I go watch. And support. NY through. Tough. Times and the good times..come out and support. Them..GO BUCKEYES ..

Why don't anyone ever give credit to the line "EVER" The line is what makes those back have a lot of those yards and blocks up field for them to score and they protect the QB but all the Glory goes to the QB and the Backs...But yes Mount is one hell of a back and Andrews is getting there...But are fans aren't coming out because they wont support a losing record it don't make since to me..But once the Bucks win a few Games the crowd and fans will show back up but they still don't make any noise I sit there every week and listen to the other teams crowds winning or losing cheering on there team with PRIDE but Nelsonvilles fan's just seem flat and never pump the boys up I know people say the Fan's don't play the game but it sure does give the boys something to hear and feel good about when there home crowd is cheering them on either way it picks there heads up and makes them reach down deep and play a lot harder to me come on fans lets make some noise for these boys make them feel they are wanted and not just a team that's out there feeling like there fans feel there just a losing team and down this year even though we lost a couple games against to good teams...!!!! But we all know Nelsonville fans expect 10-0 and a TVC tittle every year...IMO I think the fans can help out with cheering the Boy's on a lot more....The bucks are starting to come together as a team I seen it last Saturday there clicking a lot better there not full a power house yet but they do need to work on mistakes and clock control and penalties and the back field needs to learn to defend a lot better....defensive line needs to tackle better and stop making the defensive backs come all the way up and make the tackles for them....Sorry about typo's I didn't say I was a grammar major lol....Bucks win this week
