when I watched them against Piketon, it looked like 4-4 or maybe even a 3-4-4 but i really didnt notice anymore than 4 linebackers at a time. Looked like they were in a 4 linebacker set at all times

It's finally gameday. This should be a good game. This game will be won at the line of scrimmage. It won't matter how much speed Portsmouth has on offense if they can't keep valley from sustaining drives. I'll take valley 40-20. I look for arrnett to have a big night. I don't think they let Rolfe throw it that much so they will prob feed him the ball all night.

Portsmouth moved the ball well against valley last year. They have a ton of speed and will move the ball. But can they stop valley's run game? Probably not

14-13 valley at the half. Portsmouths speed is for real. Valley started horrible then seemed to settle down the second quarter.

Portsmouths defense is very improved from last year. Valley need to find some offense in the second half

Very similar to last year's game, or so it seems...I had heard the new coach has injected a lot of enthusiasm into the Trojan program. That is good for Scioto County.

Good game to watch. Too many turnovers for the Trojans tonight. They were very costly. Not a bad loss though Portsmouth played tough & I believe Valley will win 8 games this year. The D is improved big time from last year. The qb position was not a bright spot for the Trojans. But I am confident in Weederbrook. Looking forward to playing West next week. Good luck the rest of the season Valley. Go Trojans!

Great game tonight. Portsmouth looked like a different team out there. I think the no huddle cost them tho. They was gassed in the 4th quarter. It's hard for a team in are area to run it. It takes a lot of depth. I can't wait till next week vs van buren.

I've got Valley at 9-1/10-0, so a loss to Valley, especially playing well...no issues for Portsmouth.

I think the Trojans will ROLL next week, West had a REALLY hard time with Fairlands no huddle spread..
