Thursday SEOAL score:
Gallipolis 4 Portsmouth 1
Blue Devils undisputed SEOAL champs third year in row and are 28-3 in league play during that span. Currently 19-3 on the year and 8-1 in SEOAL play.
The title is Gallia Academy's 13th since leaague play began in 1941. It is also the fourth league title in seven years for Coach Ritchie Corvin lads.
GAHS has won titles in 1941,1945, 1949, 1954, 1955, 1959, 1967, 1969, 1985, 2006, 2011, 2012, snd 2013.
During World II in 1942, 1943 and 1944, league play was suspended

:122248 .........Chillicothe and Jackson played makeup games on Tuesday, April 30 and NOT Thursday, May 2.
Chillicothe won 6-2 in baseball and 3-2 in softball.
