Don't forget Chillicothe's bi-annual try at beating Jackson.....won't happen but I'm sure they'll provide some entertainment.

I stand corrected. I didn't think Chillicothe would hold on tonight but they did. Kudos to their coaches and that nice senior class!!

Good Luck in the Tourney! I mean that and its been great in the SEOAL. I do want to say something about Jackson's 2nd baseman, Kelly Hughes... Kelly is a special student, player and all around good person! I'm sure Kelly has a great future in front of her and I'm glad our daughters became HS sports friends. Kudos to Kelly's mother & father for raising such a nice girl!intheknow wrote:I stand corrected. I didn't think Chillicothe would hold on tonight but they did. Thank You very much. THAT is what we strive for....and I don't know who you are for sure but the Chillicothe girls are great. I love how Riley plays the came....has fun but takes it seriously, she's a gamer. I don't care about strikeouts, batting average or ERA. As coaches we only see the opposition 2 times a year, but the gamers stand out. They do everything it takes, cheer on their teammates and are the first to admit when they make a mistake. Mentally ready to play ball, running, sliding....whatever it takes. I think the world of those players and Riley is one for sure.
Good luck to the Chillicothe girls the rest of the way.
