BENGALS SIGH STEELERS LINEBACKER
Bengals sighed steelers linebacker to a 2 year deal, james harrison is now a bengal, dont know for how much. ( hope he still pays for his own fines)

LOL! I like the pickup although I'm concerned with his age and style of play that he will be in the training room more than on the field, time will tell

If he had anything left he would still be a steeler. And if he would have met salary demands of the team they may have kept him one more year at best.I think you made a mistake.

He's got plenty left ,strictly a salary cap move . Top 10 defense last three years just got even better .

Harrison 35 , Jason Worilds 24 will be the man this season had 5 sacks in limited playing time last season, Young and fast, Harrison done it to himself the want for top dollar gave the Steelers a break plus he felt the pressure of Worilds!!!
Go Steelers!!!

Harrison is way beyond his prime...If not he would have taken a pay cut and played his last season with the steelers.the stupid part was the bengals signing him for two years.you wont get your moneys worth for one much less two years. The steelers let these type of players GO for good business reasons, they've done it before.Teams like the bengals sign them out of desperation and bad business reasons...

Good pick up for bengals, Hes got a lot left, cant wait till we play steelers, we will see how much he has left. He has a major dislike for steelers. Number 6 def just got better.
Re: BENGALS SIGH STEELERS LINEBACKER
What you can't argue with is the intangibles of this deal. As everyone who has ever watched him play one down knows, Harrison is mean, tough and plain nasty. He's more than just old. He's old school. I can tell you the person who hates this deal the most is Ben Roethlisberger. He's the last person who wants to see Harrison's steely-eyed stare from across the line of scrimmage.
The Bengals have one of the better defenses in the NFL, ranking No. 6 last season. The lineup is filled with young and talented players such as Geno Atkins, Leon Hall, Michael Johnson, Carlos Dunlap and Vontaze Burfict. The Bengals didn't need a Pro Bowl linebacker. Remember, Harrison is replacing underachieving Manny Lawson, not Aldon Smith.
What the Bengals never had on defense was an edge, or at least I never sensed one. That won't be the case now with Harrison, who is carrying a chip on his shoulder as large as a Primanti Brothers sandwich (or whatever the Cincinnati equivalent would be). Harrison carries grudges. Just ask the Baltimore Ravens, who once cut Harrison and got some of his best efforts each season.
