My good buddy unless the Bullpuppies intend on playing stall ball, I don't see them holding the Warriors to 44 points. Let's see last season Warren averaged 67 ppg against Athens in 2 games. No way they are 27 points better than they were last season on the defensive end of the floor.
Athens does have a nice starting 5. The addition of Griffen Lutz will add depth to their backcourt no doubt. But yet again the Warriors debth at the guard position will be too much for Athens. Hall, French and Patton can all score anywhere on the court. Blake Kidder 6'2 Junior Guard average close to 20 a game last season for the underfed JV squad. He along with Andrew Drayer and Andrew Henthorn will give the Warriors a wide range of options. Aaron Murzurkiwitz playing lockdown D will in total make the Warriors a nightmare for opposing defenses. Athletic and long I don't expect ANY drop off from 2013.
All in all a great game it will be. Sad as it will be for Ole 93Dog when reality sets in as he pulls out that billfold to pay for my dinner. Yup ANOTHER Warrior Warrior victory over the Bullpuppies
