You say stupid stuff that embarrasses people from Ironton, and have done so in this thread. You make stupid claims like " Teams will literally be terrified of them after a few snaps." and "Back when I was playing Burg was a real joke. We thought of them like a south point or rock hill." Really? You always want to bring up "back when I played" yet you didn't, and then say stupid stuff like Burg was a "SP or RH" when in fact they won the State title the same year you were playing tennis. How many years did you play tennis?

Lots of talk about "we" "we" "we", you didn't play, never earned a Varsity I in football, never saw the field, never played a snap in a game. Yet you want to throw the claim about you playing around here constantly to make you seem like you were something you were not. Period.

And too, if I want to get excited about football in 2015 and you were a football player I'm taking it a high school football player 25 or so years ago, why would you care if I get excited. Everyone gets excited on here. Some just want stats. Some go further. I don't see any rule stating that I did anything wrong. I don't plan on putting any team down as I love southern Ohio football and I root for all southern Ohio football teams unless they are playing Ironton. I am always rooting for all the local kids to do special things. Even when playing Ironton. I have became close to most of the local athletes and its always exciting to see a kid make a great accomplishment. I definitely won't allow some cyber bully come on and try to tell me what I can and can not do. We aren't in grade school. If you don't like something as long as it isn't meant towards you ignore it. If you disagree, it's a forum, say something that might make me or someone else see things different. I will admit I am not always perfect.

Again, I played my freshman and sophomore years. I played in many varsity games as a sophomore. I am 42 years old. When I was 25 years younger I was a much different person. Apparently you aren't. Move past your past. High school football players that didn't get a college scholarship and didn't complete college because of it have nothing to brag about other than the fact that when they were a "kid" they were on a team that won a championship. I am happy with my life and I am not worried about the kids who graduated from St. Joe who never won a State championship in football or anyone else. Living in your past is hilarious. I didn't know there were so many still having that much trouble moving on.

Just setting the record straight so when you brag about "intimidating teams getting off the bus" and how when "I played we knew we were going to win and we were cocky" and all of the other crap you spew on here people like JollyPirate understand that you didn't actually intimidate anyone, you didn't get off the bus many times at all, and the couple of times you did you had to wear an orange parka because you had the wrong jersey on, but it didn't matter because you weren't going to see the field in any capacity anyway.

If anyone can't seem to move on, it seems to be the guy that wants to relive and re-write what actually happened 25 years ago. I don't seem to see where I have made any claims about anything I did, yet you continue to talk about your playing days. Who is having trouble with the past? Who can't seem to move on? Who seems to live in a world other than reality?

Trying to bully me after 25 years and I haven't hardly spoken to you for all of those years. If I had an issue, I would have contacted you not went out in an open forum like some 15 year old girl. I sent you a persona message so not to make such a scene and you wanted to bring stuff out like a young girl. Why? I just make references to when I played. Do you have a problem with the "fact" that I played. You for some reason must have been jealous of me. I never knew that from you. I never got any higher than second string as a sophomore on the depth chart throughout the year, but at that you were a tackle. I was only 175 pounds. You were 300. I wouldn't have ever taken your position because I wouldn't have wanted it. I was a linebacker and nose guard and center. When I say we it means my team and yes I was a part of the team and yes I did have a mix up over the jersey but had that taken care of by game time. Before cellphones it was easy to do. You didn't see the field that night either, by the way. And I guess when I said we were a little cocky coming off the bus, we probably left you on the bus. Probably took you a while to get off that thing.

Ironton looks good in this one, but haven't seen the Burg yet. They are always well coached and always have good athletes. It will all come down to who wants it the most and who is ready to play.
