Don't know a whole lot about Belpre so correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Belpre lose their clear and cut best offensive player in Tullius? Wasn't he an all-state running back or something?

Maybe. Was he worth 30 points?

I would argue he's worth a couple touchdowns atleast. Either way, it's not the "same players" when you lose half your offensive production.

He was banged up and and barely played last yr vs the Cadets. Bedgood would be the fastest player in the PVC and Miller had started since his freshman year @ QB. Time to move on to week 2.

You sound like the SEC in college football "everyone else plays weak schedule while we play tough". News flash..you are playing in Southeastern. OH This is HS football...you schedule who you can, with whoever has an opening. Based on your theory, Beallsville is the best team there is in Southeastern, OH. They are playing against teams that MC would be scared to even think about!!!

Gee, you suddenly know a lot about Belpre, don't you? You're attributing two touchdowns and attributing 50% of the offense to a player and team you "don't know a whole lot about."

As an OVAC Fan but not necessarily a PVC Fan, I must say based on last seasons success, and it was ultra successful, and until beaten, Caldwell is clearly alone at the top.

Overall the league has looked strong in non league. I think it should be a good year would of liked to see Doah beat River though.

Anyone worried about the Monroe Central offense? 84 yards on 26 carries 3.2 yards a rush

Not worried at all when you have the best QB in the league throwing the football. When we start playing teams like FF we would run at will. Lol

A little concerned.
Still hoping to get that continued improvement each week.

With Lori out for the year, is Caldwell still the favorite?
