Warren at Marietta
Marietta is much improved and getting better each year. Warren stumbled out of the gate. Last season at Warren the Tigers seemed to beat Warren everywhere but the scoreboard. Gonna be hot and muggy, better hydrate starting today. Its, The Warriors vs The Tigers so who knows. With my heart always root for BLUE. But truthfully not going to hazard a guess. Anybodys game to win or lose.
Re: Warren at Marietta
If our offense does not show up like last week, this is going to be a long game for the Warriors. Hope the intensity is there to overcome the Tigers, but my thought is Marietta by 3 TD's.

Re: Warren at Marietta
Based on last week Marietta appears to have the better team but it seems like the Tigers have had a mental block against the Warriors the past few years. I thought Marietta out-played Warren last year and still found a way to lose. A win over the big, bad blue would be a big step for coach Schob and the Tigers, no matter what shape Warren is in. Pumped for the game, the atmosphere for Warren-Marietta in any sport is always cool.

Perfect on the differential!FrenchtownFan wrote:Marietta expresses their will to win with a 25-5 victory.
Take away the Marietta superiority on long snapping and punt returns, there wasn't that much difference in the teams. Probably on the order of 150 yds difference in those two categories. Warren muffed the first punt and was lucky to retain possession. After that they refused to field the punts and gave up many, many yards on bounces and the roll after the Marietta punts hit the ground.

Congrats to Jason and The Tigers. They did what they had to do and deserved the win. Warren just did not get the job done.
