I like both these programs, but too much purple power here. I like valley.

Looks like a great (maybe a bit humid) night for football in Lucasville. I know I personally am excited to see us play a competitive game.

Valley pulls it out late in the game, but I think it is back and forth for 3 quarters. In the end the 20+ seniors on Valley's roster is the difference.

that is because our scoreboard says 0 to 0 when the game starts. Opponents always start 14 points down when you play at Ed Miller Stadium. JK

Valley 34-20...Howard with a 3 way TD combo....run, receiving, and defensive TD.

Valley 28
Raceland 20
FINAL.

Indians lost 2 key players in this game, one big lineman early, and then a very good offensive player in the 3rd. It appears they both will return at some point.

Very good win. Depth was tested, which many said was a "weakness" of this team, with key players out, drove down and won the game against a final 4 team out of KY.

I heard one of the key players may only miss a week.

If people ever doubt senior leadership matters hugely they need to watch this game. If Valley doesn't have 20+ seniors playing no way they win this game...

Hope 55 and 24 aren't out long and that 54 is OK going forward too

Stopped by and caught the 4th qt of this one. Wow! Wish I would've watched the whole game. Congrats to Valley on a great win. There was also a # 78 I believe left in the 4 th looked like a shoulder or rib injury.

This was probably the game of the week, just as I thought it might be.
