Hopefully the Grove picks up a win for the new coach. A winning streak would do wonders for this team after a brutal start.

The playoffs are out of the picture unless they win out (especially beating Ironton and Peake), and have a lot of luck role their way. Murphy's Law has been Groves worst enemy. I think Brian gets his first W Friday 42-14.

I think this matchup will be a test of heart for both teams. Coal Grove is bigger and stronger, but South Point is faster.

Will South Point be able to stop the ground attack of the Hornets?

Will Coal Grove be able to stop big plays from the Pointers skill players?

Really, whichever team has the best defensive effort/scheme will win this one, and if it comes down to the PAT's, then I give the edge to South Point.

South Point will give it their all that is for sure and yes we do have an advantage on the extra points! Thanks to SP Youth soccer we have kids that played soccer in the past! We have 3 kids that can kick extra points. We are down to our second kicker due to injuries but still have one that can kick as well. Go Pointers!
