Week 6 - Portsmouth (2-3; 1-1) @ Rock Hill (3-2; 1-1)
Week 6 - Portsmouth (2-3; 1-1) @ Rock Hill (3-2; 1-1)
Oh boy, I don't know where to start here...
Portsmouth is capable of making some big plays. They have more speed than Rock Hill, but can the Trojans stop the running attack and the determination of the Redmen?
This is a big game for both teams. It could be a dandy.

Look for this to be a pretty good game. I'll take the Trojans.

Gotta go with the REDMEN in this one. There coming off a hard fight loss from last week against the grove. They want to get back to winning. Special teams have to be better if the REDMEN want to win though. Cant have big losses on specials teams. GO GET THE WIN REDMEN! GO HILL!!!!!

Rock Hill has made a big turnaround this year. Portsmouth has been down for the past 4-5 years.
That being said, I like the Trojans by 7.

Portsmouth has big play ability. I look for them to take shots down field often. This could go either way. Ptown could win by 21 or lose by 14. Really depends on how the ball falls on Friday night.

Ptown uses their speed to top the redmen. Like jolly said, their big play ability will be the difference in the ball game. Ptown by 2 scores

RH has 2 very solid backs who are more than capable of 20 carries each and 100+ yards each......Play ball control, own the clock and this game is theirs.......they have also been getting VERY good QB play for the young freshman and solid line play.
Re: Week 6 - Portsmouth (2-3; 1-1) @ Rock Hill (3-2; 1-1)
This will be a real shoot out
Portsmouth will score quick and Rock Hill take their time.
If Portsmouth is down a few with time running out it may not take them long to take the lead. If it is Rock Hill down they better have more than 2 minutes.

I think the Redmen need to just pound the ball with the two backs and slow the game down. I think if they do this and there defense plays the way they are capable then its defiantly a game they can win. The key to the game is going to be special teams I think. I think The Hill needs to switch up the deep returners on the kick return team. The one back there now fumbles around with the ball to much. That was A key part of the Grove game also. Need to make some changes to secure the ball and get it away from the endzone on kickoffs and the Hill will be fine. GO REDMEN!!!!!
