Minford lost to them 11-0 earlier this season, that's a massive change to tie 0-0. Details??GreenGrass wrote:Minford Lady Falcons tie Jackson Ironladies, 0-0

Crazier things have happened. In 2008 West lost at St. Joe 11-2 then beat them at home later in the season 2-1.falcon01 wrote:Minford lost to them 11-0 earlier this season, that's a massive change to tie 0-0. Details??GreenGrass wrote:Minford Lady Falcons tie Jackson Ironladies, 0-0

Re: SOC Soccer - Week 7
Minford has been playing better lately, they have adjusted to the injuries and the younger girls are playing more confidently, they can and should be winning games. Both teams played hard and Minford had several valid shots on goal throughout the night. They first played the third game in on a hot Saturday afternoon on Jackson's turf, fresh off of several injuries in the previous games. Not making excuses, the girls played terrible that first game. Have to hand it to the Minford girls, they played their hearts out on that field last night and in their eyes, that tie was as good as any win they will ever get. I can't speak for the Jackson team, they are one of the best teams Minford plays year in and year out, with the results typically being a lopsided win for them. I just saw two teams playing hard with one not accepting giving up with the results being not what was expected by either team.

Hopefully the Exline girl can get back by tournament time.falcon01 wrote:Minford lost to them 11-0 earlier this season, that's a massive change to tie 0-0. Details??GreenGrass wrote:Minford Lady Falcons tie Jackson Ironladies, 0-0

Saw Minford ' s Jacob Perry get flagged for a late hit in the game against Gallipolis Friday night. I had no idea Brumfield officiated football games too.

How's the Daniels girl coming along and is she back on the soccer field?
