i look for henton to challenge boekman for the the qb spot next year, and if pryor comes then i look for it to be a 3 way battle, but it will be boekmans to lose

Just about every Major college team plays smaller school.

The only way to upgrade the schedule is to only schedule non-league games a year or two in advance. It would be potential suicide to schedule three or four BCS teams as non-league each year, unless you can get teams on a down year, which doesn't help. As I recall, none of the other conferences schedule all powerhouse non-league games, only one, maybe two per team.

The speed in adequate. It's all about how the speed is used. Playing reactionary defense or full-time zone defense doesn't cut it. Going deep in obvious situations doesn't cut it. How about a tight end down the seam? How about a bubble screen? How about blitzing on first down on occasion?

Boeckman did a fine job this season. For having not played for 4 seasons, he held his own. Against Michigan, JT and the weather conspired against him. In the NC game, predictable play calling did him in. OSU could do much worse going into next season than having TB at QB.

that would be a big TRUE all the way around

osu upgrading schedule-true and they are

recruit more speed-true and they are

replace boeckman at qb-maybe, he played well but i'd like to see what henton can do. and if pryor comes you have to give a chance.

i was very happy with the bucks success this year. it was supposed to be a down year but wasn't. and i totally agree with the comment on finding a TE. the Bucks didn't use the TE at all in NC, except to block. they need to find a good TE that can catch the ball and make plays in the passing game as well as being able to block.

maybe stoneburner could step up and assume that role over the next couple of years. we'll have to wait and see
