Re: Week 8 - scores & updates
Not sure if it is a final yet, but the Officials seem to be dominating tonight. They have apparently won at least 5 games by themselves in one night. Is there anything worse about sports than mass fan whining about officiating?
Re: Week 8 - scores & updates
Seems to be some sort of record. Tonight should have locked the officials into week 11. Teams losing by multiple TDs have fans whining over bad calls. It's the same crap every year. An official my blow a call, it happens. But to whine because the team isn't good enough to overcome a blown call is ludicrous.enigmaax wrote:Not sure if it is a final yet, but the Officials seem to be dominating tonight. Re: Week 8 - scores & updates
I agree gametime and every game is unique. I find it silly to blame officials when a team gave up 40 plus, and/or lose by 30 or more. Officials are human and some make mistakes. Are officials evaluated and are they removed from the profession if they don't measure up? I don't know the answer.
