Congrats to the young man for the stellar accomplishments on and off the court, especially considering all the drama from his selfish former "teammates" this season.
That 4.0 is something to take mega-pride in, that's for sure.
Keep up the good work and good luck regarding the nomination for the conference....yo, that'd be a nice resume booster!

Thanks for the update TPAA. I was on the Western Carolina Web site the other day and noticed that Brig was the team leader in steals and assists. No player on the WCU team was even close to Brig's numbers in those two categories.
The 4.0 GPA is a fantastic achievement considering the time requirements involved with 1A hoops.

Congrats to another one of my all time favorites!
For those who know him,its not a surprise to ya.
For those that don't,you have missed out on knowing a great, well mannered young man,not a bad basketball player either
The stats are great but its that 4.0 that makes me smile the most.
Mom,Dad and family should be very proud.
And I will get a chance to see ya play!
Again great job Brig!

None of this surprises me at all. Brig has always been the kind of person to work his hardest to succeed in not only basketball, but in the classroom. Stealing the ball and leading his team has always been his specialty. I remember a game his senior year with the Jeeps when the played Oak Hill, and he had around 13 steals in only 3 quarters of play. I was amazed, and he is truly gifted with that talent. Keep up the good work, Brig. You are one deserving individual of everything good that comes into your life!
