If East doesn't execute and play smart defense they lose. Have to wrap up and gang tackle.

Really think this is one that could go either way, but going to go with the Oaks at home by 1-2 scores. Not sure I'm buying what East is selling.

OH has a lot riding on this game alone. If they win they qualify for the playoffs. If they lose, they have a couple weeks to find their basketball shoes and get them dusted off. I think OH will be tough to beat at home. East is playing solid ball. This should be a fun one to watch. Can’t wait to hear what happens. Good luck to both squads. Hope you all stay healthy.

I heard last night that a player from East is suspended for two games due to an ejection in their last game, any truth to that?

Re: Week 8 Sciotoville East @ Oak Hill
According to OHSAA regulations, said player would only be ineligible for one game following an ejection. Unless East added an additional game for punishment, he would only miss the Oak Hill game.Jackie Moon wrote: ↑Wed Oct 11, 2017 7:46 am I heard last night that a player from East is suspended for two games due to an ejection in their last game, any truth to that?

You are correct Proud Pirate, my mistake, was thinking about the other sports, where it is a 2 game suspension. Either way, is this correct that a player was ejected from East?

Not sure but would hate to see a player miss a big game due to a momentary lapse in judgement.

LOL - "hate to see a player miss a big game due to a momentary lapse in judgement". I have no idea what may have transpired that led to the possibility of a young man being ejected, but I am most curious what you would see fit as punishment for a "momentary lapse in judgement"?
I would only feel sorry for anyone who had to miss a game due to circumstances beyond their control.
