This could turn out to be a high scoring game.
Vinton County gave the Bucks everything they wanted and more tonight.
Both teams are hungry and should be ready.
I do think the Buckeyes are 2 to 3 touchdowns better but with so much on the line it could be closer.

I think our boys had a wake up call tonight. I can say that the Buckeye Express will be rolling full steam into the Plains Friday night!
LETS GO 10-0

Maybe you and your NY buddies will speak less crap this week. Mocking Athens when they played close games. Looks like they played as expected tonight. I'm picking the Bulldogs to humble the Bucks next Friday!

Besides a TVC title on the line. NY can gain 4.6 points from this game. Athens can 4.4 points. That's a massive amount of points

I like NY in this game, although VC exposed them a little. I ain't buying the we didn't wake up thing - Vikes just came ready and played better. But this Week 10 game being in Athens makes me think Athens will have plenty of emotion to compete. Really would like to see this one in person. Bucks by 14, Maiden with a monster game.

VC didn't expose NY. VC is just getting better each week. I'd bet my house that if VC played the teams that beat them this year a second time, there would be different outcomes.

VC has been in every game they lost, they are a solid team that tested NY to their limits, a couple miscues during the season is the only reason they are 4-5.. Any who, NY and Athens records can go out the window now. Both teams will be ready and I believe it will be a dog fight unless one of them commit errors early. I see a 3-7 point swing either way. Hopefully, it swings our way.. GO BUCKS!!!

Would have said Nelsonville for sure headed into week 8, but after VC game it'll be closer. I'll still take NY by 6 or so

If Athens wins

L1: 45 L2: 146 average 19.1

Still might not be enough to make the playoffs

If New Philadelphia losses to Dover both could be out Dover should win

New Philia 18.4 with three L2 games. New Philadelphia needs two of three if they lose to Dover to get ahead of Athens
1. 8-1 Claymont vs 9-0 Indian Valley. D4 points
2. 3-6 West Holmes vs 3-6 Mount Vernon. D2 points
3. 3-6 Cambridge vs 7-2 Meadowbrook, D4 points
