BOTH ARE ALREADY MATHMATICALLY ELIMINATED FROM THE PLAYOFF PICTURE. BUT IT'S STILL A RIVALRY AS OLE AS THE CAVEMEN.

Senior night at The Tank! The Ironton team that Portsmouth sees might be the team they see the next three years. We'll have to see how the kiddie corp stands up against the Trojans. I'm sure they will give it the old Ironton try. Go Tigers!

Not much to say, sad, this is the third season I havent been to watch a game, I do have a question, why do we seem to have the amount of injuries we do? Injuries are part of the game but we seem to have more than anyone else, just wondering,

I'd say it's lack of weight training , lack of contact, and not enough physical training, and some just plain bad luck.

2 teams with high expectation this year and both have played badly. I would get rid of both staffs they have had time to get these teams moving in the right direction. Also keep in mind both are playing in the OVC.

YTB

Torn labrums, ACL tears, and broken vertebrae are definitely not injuries indicative of a lack of weight training. This isn’t 1977 YTB. The OHSAA limits the amount of contact you can have in practice. However, there is no denying the Tigers have had an inordinate amount of serious injuries the past few years.

Nursing an ankle sprain all season long or punching a wall while playing basketball at the YMCA during football season are selfish actions and display a me first attitude that is a big problem in the program and that needs fixed pronto.

Portsmouth looks to be in the best position to win this game. Still hard to predict what will happen in a rivalry game.

Wow, never would of thought one of these two teams would have a losing record. Lots of pride on the line.

I believe the selfish ankle sprain your talking about needs surgery. Punching a wall I will agree on,not the latter

maybe we are talking about different injuries...not aware of any pending surgeries....if so I stand corrected and apologize....if no surgery then I stand pat.
