Wheelersburg is a big favorite. But do not sleep on Bishop Ready. I have seen Ready play this year and the Running Back is very quick but small. Ready does not want to rely on its passing game. If you let Ready hang around they will find a way. Jump on Ready early and take the run away and Wheelersburg will have a running clock in the 4th quarter.

i've always wanted to see a series between burg and ny. both usually 7 or 8 games a season. both have state of the art facilities and it would be a huge points game to the winner

With their Grades? You wanna see if your kids are smarter than the Burg kids? I doubt That! I know. You wanna know if they are freshman, sophomore, junior, senior. I heard we have 20 seniors if that helps. All the kids on the team are good young men. Burg has always had talented and educated kids. Good sportsmanship until you give us a reason not to be then you get taken to the woodshed. Same for most Scioto County teams. Anyways, yes Ready will be a handful but everybody is 0-0. New season starts Friday night. Go Pirates!

Good to know. Thanks. Burg can play better than most teams. I believe we will see a different club Friday night. If it is possible, Burg plays up to the next level and acts like there is no tomorrow. Of course, lose and get out the basketballs. I don't see that happening.

Burg starts the new season tomorrow. During the first season this year, they were 10-0, had 9/10 running clocks, and outscored opponents 455-81, outscoring an average of 38 points per game, which includes wins against teams with current records of 9-1, 8-2, 7-3, 7-2, 6-4.

Bishop Ready beat 2 teams with winning records and the other 5 wins were against teams with current records of 0-10, 0-10, 2-8, 3-7, 5-5. They had 1 running clock this year which was against an 0-10 team (1 running clock that they won.) They had 3 running clocks in games they lost. They scored 222 and allowed 189 points.

Lots of Burgs doubters and haters will continue until Burg wins that Week 15 game. Let's see what's happening 5 weeks from today.

We have faceed quite a few good backs this year IMO and we all know the end result! I don’t doubt our Pirates at all. They come into every game thinking they will win and when adversity strikes they stay composed, make good adjustments and find a way to win! Go Burg!

I guess I didn't ask in simple, easy to understand terms. I'll try again in simpler terms, how many SENIOR starters does Wheelersburg have?

PS: I have one Daughter and She finished in the top of her Class, I guess She is smarter than most

I know what you meant ohbuckeye2 if you read my post I said grade levels. I guess I should get off of here. Too much misunderstandings and not looking at things subjectively. A good passing team can beat the Burg. That is the truth but I hope they play on. Good luck and stay thirsty amigos.
