In order to compete with Wheelersburg you must be able to run AND pass. A one dimensional team has absolutely no chance. Some of you folks think Wheelersburg can be passed on because you watched them give up some yardage to West. Wests strength by far is running the ball between the tackles!!! So the game plan was to shut that down. Can we all agree that they accomplished that?? They gave them the short/intermediate routes. They knew west couldn't beat them by relying on the pass. They only allowed 1 completion over 15 yards. If they play a team that is better at passing their game plan will be different. They gave up 7 points. Well done! Go Burg!

Idk about not getting respect from up north. Maybe the lake area. But I know a few Hartley guys who are excited about week 2 next year. Burg has been earning respect on the field. They will continue to do so this year.

Top 4 teams in each region host week 11. Everything is neutral site after that.
