The cannon is allowed. Air horns by individuals however, are not allowed.

I was told No cannon and No Train horns, West will Not be able to use theirs neither per OHSAA game manager.

Music can be played, Cannon can be shot. Not sure where train horn falls within that. I know there isn't to be any air horns in the stands.
