Air horns have technically never been allowed but never really enforced that I have seen. Bands can play but have to stop when the ball is whistled ready for play. Not taking anyone's atmosphere away. Just yell until you're hoarse like people have done for years haha.

If you have the tunein radio app--/ and it's great -- you can get 99.3 wnxt and they generally cover Burg. They might have West v Ferry though not sure.
