Like I said before, Doah the better team and dominated the whole game. Refs gave Coal Grove the game. Attached are pictures of the catch.

You can see the play for yourself on Coal Grove Live on Facebook. It's at the 1hr 29 min mark. Obviously there must have been a bobble or he was just out of bounds. The ref was right on top of it and immediately made the call.
Great game and awesome effort from both teams. Stadium was packed and very loud.

In the first picture, you can't see where his left foot is touching. Looks like he is bobbling the ball in the second picture. Once again, where are his feet touching?

More I look at the first picture, the more it looks like he is bobbling the ball in that one as well. Zoom in and you can see it.

Wow! What a game! Coal Grove with their never quit writings got it done again... Shenandoah had a great team and #22 is a good back that runs hard and #10 was tough for the grove tonget ahold of. Honestly, Shenandoah shoulda won this game. They would drive down into CG territory and then start shooting theirselves in the foot every time. Their lone TD came on a play where #10 shoulda been sacked but broke a few tackles and scored on a long run. Both teams played their heart out, and to say either team got robbed is just taking away from the kids. The ref was on top of the pass play and called him out. Not sure what he seen...

Coal grove better got back to the drawing board for next weeks game... they need to open their playbook back up. Ever since the west game we haven't been throwing the ball at all.im sorry but you can run a 125# back up the middle with 11 guys in the box... we have some great receivers and a special player at QB let them play, and that will open up #12 and #34..

You are in serious denial. Anyone who knows anything about football can tell from those 2 picstures that it was a TD.

So from 2 pictures we can make the determination that this was, without a doubt, a catch? NO. We can't do that. With video replay, when watching games on a Saturday or Sunday, it sometimes takes 5 minutes for a college or pro crew to determine a catch.
This was not a catch because the referee said it was not. He called him out of bounds, so therefore, not a catch. The referee makes that decision, not a guy looking at a couple pictures from twitter. Anyone who knows anything about football should definitely know that.
Congrats to Shenandoah on a great season.

Foot was out of bounds before the catch. Should have been a penalty for being first to touch after being out. 7 man crew may have caught that penalty.
Either way, the scoreboard shows the outcome. A 2 point conversion changes the outcome. Hard fought game by both teams. Mistakes cost the Zeps in the end. Really good team though.
Go Grove!

Easy solution: don't water down your schedule and host a playoff game at home.

What does that have to do with anything?? Officials are assigned by the state. Officials are from various crews across the state if I'm not mistaking.

Heck of a game to watch. I can see CG going for another couple of games. Watched it on Coal Grove live last night (good thing I decided not to go, parking had to be a b!#@$).
