I'd say you're right on with River/East. Logan would be the other spot.
SE/CG - I didn't think Valley could host since they don't have the necessary fencing.
I say Waverly if WB/CA is at Chillicothe.

Lancaster can't host. They don't have turf. It would either be Logan or possibly Bloom Carroll. If the state let's Valley host, then they will get the CG game, if not, then Waverly or Jackson.

I thought Valley had hosted a game before and put up temporary caution tape fencing along the visitors side? I could be wrong, but I thought I went to a game there several years ago.

I don’t understand the fencing issue. If Valley can host 5 home games without proper fencing then they can host a 2nd round playoff game

Not to mention the fact they’ve hosted a few home playoif games in the past with no issues.

The state has certain rules regarding hosting venues after the first round of the playoffs. I know in the past the state wanted the spectators separated from the field by a fence. If Valley has something, even temporary that satisfy's that, then there shold be no problem in them hosting

Correct, when Waverly was renovating their stadium with the turf and new bleachers, they were told in order to host playoff games (other than the first round home game) they would have to have a fence separating the fans from the field.

They can host their home first round game but they can't host a neutral site game w/o a fence

Johnstown is 20 minutes or so northeast of Columbus.

It's above New Albany. Up 62 from 161. Great BBQ place on 62 right in town btw.

Here is why it should be at chillicothe that I’m calling it now because:

Chillicothe
Burg: 1 hour, 8 minutes
Columbus Academy: 1 hour, 8 minutes
West: 1 hour, 3 minutes
Johnstown: 1 hour, 25 minutes
