LOl like they can go up to everyone with phone in their hand? Speeding is illegal too so I'm sure no one will be speeding or crossing the center line going up 93! lolFHLancer wrote: ↑Thu Nov 16, 2017 11:22 amPaintrain77 wrote: ↑Thu Nov 16, 2017 9:53 am Coal Grove live will record it and stream it live on facebook

I thought the two best teams in the region played in New Lexington last week, but I have been wrong before. Good luck to everyone and I'll be doing my best to keep up with this one.

Should be a great game! Buckeyes move on in this one.

Weather report now is calling for no rain and cloudy.
If this holds true I am making the drive to watch this one.

One thing I haven't seen anyone mention that I think is 100% a factor - expectation and pressure.
Grove playing loose with house money, they've already far exceeded any expectation for this season. I think NY has the most to lose and as much as you want to say it's just another game, all the pressure is on them to perform.
Grove wins by 6.
There were a lot of firsts on the list for the hornets this year, a regional championship might as well be added to the list.
Oh, and coal grove live is just some guy on his phone having fun watching some football. If he doesn't have it, it's only a matter of time before someone else does.

Re: Coal Grove vs. Nelsonville-York @ Jackson
I'd say the same thing for the Buckeyes, there were not projected to be in this situation, so no more pressure than what anyone else would have. ITS A REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP, if you think CG kids don't have pressure, you're crazy - pressure can be a great motivator as well.joshwheeler wrote: ↑Fri Nov 17, 2017 12:19 am One thing I haven't seen anyone mention that I think is 100% a factor - expectation and pressure.

Re: Coal Grove vs. Nelsonville-York
It says Coal Grove on all the team's uniforms. Their athletic page says "home of the Coal Grove Hornets". I'm going to go with "Coal Grove Hornets"Half Slice wrote: ↑Sat Nov 11, 2017 8:35 am Hmmm by that logic Rock Hill is referred to as Ironton Rock Hill by the OHSAA. Ask anyone out Pedro way if they want to be known as the Ironton Redmen for short.

Yep, and he's only 25 years old. Played QB for Coal Hrove in 2010, the last time they made the playoffs.Jolly P(irate) wrote: ↑Sat Nov 11, 2017 9:42 amProud_Pirate63 wrote: ↑Sat Nov 11, 2017 8:47 amExactly!! Why are are you pressing this issue? We're the Coal Grove Hornets. Your question has been answered, more than once.
This should be a good game. I’m pulling for the Grover’s.
Question, Is CG coach in his FIRST year?
Re: Coal Grove vs. Nelsonville-York @ Jackson
Excited for the Game tonight. This game will come down to 4 quarters of effort. I see Coal Grove pulling away in the 4th winning 28-14. Go Big Grove!
