Re: Meigs at Warren
What a great game to be so early in the year. Warren lead for the majority of the game. Both teams shot the 3 ball very well tonight. Warren was up 1 with 15 seconds left, fouled Mahr with 2 seconds left. Meigs hit all 3 free throws. Sheets and Lilly kept Meigs in the ball game and Musser hit some big 3's down the stretch. Number 3 from Warren is a heck of a ball player. This one was definitely worth the price of admission. Meigs will have something to say about the TVC Ohio this year.

Great Game by Meigs tonight, they played hungry and determined. Hopefully we keep our heads on straight and not get too over confident. We need to stay hungry.

LOL, Name one player that was recruited? Every kid on that team was born and raised in Meigs County...Maybe your talking about Sheets, but keep in mind he has been in Meigs County 16 years of his 18 years of life....Don't be jealous that we won a game.Phil A. No reason to panic just yet for Warren, was very impressed with what I saw from Meigs. Warriors probably have their least talented team in atleast 8 or 9 years so a rebuilding period is to be expected. The passing from what I saw was very sloppy and led to numerous turnovers but the Warriors will get better as the season progresses.

I don't have a clue where you are hearing that from, We have never had any kids come from Gallia or Vinton or anywhere...You should know your facts before you make statements about recruiting paying off.Phil A.
