Over 1,600...
Re: Over 1,600...
haha, and I don't hate OSU as much as I lead on. I have a great time on this site and I enjoy chatting with you and just about everyone else. Just like you I like to get a rise out of you or others, but it is all in good fun. That is why the cat saying I shouldn't post is dead wrong, because it is guys like you and myself that make this thing fun. Otherwise everyone is just repeating themselves.

Re: Over 1,600...
why would anyone want UM's football program to go down the drain and be a Big Ten Bottom Feeder? I don't. UM is a solid program and I want them to stay a solid program. It just looks better every time OSU wins. (And if OSU lost to them, it's not like losing to App St. or anything.)

Beating Michigan every year is great for the OSU program. Its funny to me that they play Mich with so much heart and desire and the will not to quit. Then get to the real Big Game they come out hard play great for the first quater then give up and act like they have never played or seen a football before. This School is always talented and can play no doubt about that. But I believe they need a few lower class bowl games . The see who they play and if it is the SEC , they turn to mush and give up. Speed kills and they know it .
Re: Over 1,600...
OSU must have really worked to get slower since the Miami speed didn't bother them much. Miami was as fast as any team in college football, in any year.
The speed argument is for the mindless. Even Urban Meyer put that to rest on national tv. There are so many other factors to be considered, and will be considered by people who actually understand football, athletics, and competition.

I see what you say and its true. But speed has some and also its difficult for a team who dont see the spread much cover it well. I hope that this year will be different . But something has to be done and I believe they are going in that direction. If you think speed and spread dont beat you ask Ron Zook.
