Re: 2018 Trimble Tomcats
They are still missing some of the playcalling magic that they lost following the coaching staff shakeup from 2 years ago but they still have enough talent to overcome that. I am saying at worst 9-1. The question will be if they can stop Bellville. I do see another deep playoff run.
Re: 2018 Trimble Tomcats
With all that talent, they need to adapt the spread offense and only go under center when they run the power package of the wish bone

Re: 2018 Trimble Tomcats
Trimble will definitely have high expectations, and the return off Coffman at linebacker is going to be huge. Also the incoming freshmen are very talented as well
Go Cats, Go Buckeyes
Re: 2018 Trimble Tomcats
With them making it to the 2nd round with all sophmores and juniors and 2 key starters returning from injury they should make a deep playoff run next year. First goal is getting back to the top in the TVC Hocking and taking the crown back and to let everyone know the king of the Hocking is back
Re: 2018 Trimble Tomcats
Im already hearing Brooks. Kittle back at reciever with Richards and Hooper,Wright and Koons in backfield. Pretty loaded at the skill position in my opinion and if they use Nyguki at tight end it will be pick your poison

Re: 2018 Trimble Tomcats
Not sure who will be the QB.....But there is an incoming freshman that will push for playing time
Re: 2018 Trimble Tomcats
If he comes in and is remotely close to the other 2 Qbs dont be surprised if he is starting game 1. Hes already same size as the other 2, throws a good ball and is strongBallsmahoney wrote: ↑Thu Nov 30, 2017 11:47 pm Not sure who will be the QB.....But there is an incoming freshman that will push for playing time

The freshman has the strongest arm of the 3....and is a very hard worker in the weightroom and works on the qb position yr round.

Re: 2018 Trimble Tomcats
I played at Akron in the early 80's with a heck of a Trimble QB.
Once a Tiger, always a Tiger.

There suppose to pick up Magnolia WV. They return eveyone from a 8-2 season and get back 2 key players that were out the entire 2017 season. Expectation for 2018 is 10-0 and a regional championship.LICKING COUNTY FAN wrote: ↑Sun Dec 10, 2017 12:26 pm Any changes in the schedule?
How did the younger teams do in 2017?

Where and when is the Magnolia game?
(Things do not always go as my preliminary schedule goes, but this is one I would like to attend.)

Re: 2018 Trimble Tomcats
I've heard the Magnolia game on September 22 isn't going to happen. I saw a schedule that they will be playing Wheeling Central.
