Re: Pfloyd's Elite 8 of Southern/SouthEast Ohio Week #3
You think? They were pretty good back in 07 making dist finals or regional semis. Had the good brothers.
Pfloyd....looks great. Best one this year IMO. I can only maybe disagree a tiny bit as Eastern Brown seems too high and Whiteoak maybe a handful of spots high.
A lot of really struggling teams and ranking them can’t be easy. I give you an A on this one!
Thanks for doing these rankings
Re: Pfloyd's Elite 8 of Southern/SouthEast Ohio Week #3
Eastern s only problem is I think an injury. Beuchler will figure something out. Maybe they are a tad high.Peebles maybe a bit high, New Boston needs up a few. Great list in my book.
Re: Pfloyd's Elite 8 of Southern/SouthEast Ohio Week #3
West Union@ Peebles on the 19th will be a barn burner. These two teams turn it up a notch when they face each other . Should be fun.

I'd have ZT over Piketon, but I think that they are close.
Really good list, although I would've liked Chillicothe to stay above us going into Friday's game lol

Really thought my Gallia Academy Blue Devils would stay about 10th. At least until we see the outcome Tuesday night. There 5 opponents are a combined 8-21. And 5 of those wins are Jackson’s actually even know blue devils have the head to head win the Ironman have a better resume then Gallia Academy..
Hopefully on Tuesday the blue devils will play well enough to show they deserve this ranking?
I haven’t followed the basketball side of seops at anytime the blue devils would of been a top 8 team any idea how long ago that would of been. They have a lot of work to do to prove they belong there. But I think they are up to the task....

I don't see how Vinton County is 9th with a 2-3 record...

Looks like I might travel a long way on a work night to watch Gallia vs Fairland. Pfloyds #7 vs #1. Pfloyd do you have any quality information on these teams? I can't decided to make the two hour trip or stay local and catch a closer game on a Tuesday night. Of course Fairland returns a lot and I watched them last year, and I know Gallia has the seven footer who has D1 offers already. Just would like more information if not too much trouble to ask.
Re: Pfloyd's Elite 8 of Southern/SouthEast Ohio Week #3
VC is ranked 9th based on potential and talent and likely because the teams behind aren't any better, even right now.
They have wins over Wellston and River Valley
Losses against Nelsonville-York, Bloom Carroll, Logan
They'll be an elite 8 team by the time 2018 hits especially when both Yates brothers are back in the lineup.

I sure hope these Yates boys can live up to this Pressure everyone is putting on them. We know about Naylon, 19 year old Elite Athlete. But Nevin is still an unknown. He is a junior who saw some playing time at the Varsity level as a Sophomore. Last year VC had Bartoe and Jones which took some pressure off Naylon. This year they have Speakman. I just think everyone saying when the Yates brothers are back everything is going to be all Hunky Dory is a bit premature. I guess time will tell.

I think with Naylon back they will be a more complete team especially if they use Speakman like they did Bartoe . The big night Speakman hadwas contributed to lack of D on NY part . Nevin is a good back up player that could start for a lot of teams . VC I think Still the team to beat in the TVC . Lots of games to be played.VisionQuest wrote: ↑Mon Dec 18, 2017 2:00 pm I sure hope these Yates boys can live up to this Pressure everyone is putting on them.
