we play on kwanza and during chanakuh, so why wouldnt we play on christmas ?? sanford koufax wouldnt pitch on yom kimpor and look what happened to him ,, blown up shoulder

play on all holidays ,, the big guy or girl and the miracle baby would love to get in the chevy pinto and drive down to the armory to watch some hoops played in celebration of his berth .. just my take ,, might be to hot for some ,, but not to hot for beelzebub !!

That really makes sense having HS kids play Basketball on X-Mas day. The one day of the year where many families are traveling to relatives homes, opening gifts, sitting down to a turkey meal and you bring up playing on X-Mas day. It's hard enough getting Coaches and Mommy's playing weekend games and you want to play on X-Mas day. Even the Donald's not that hard core.

No way should that happen. If it ever was to happen you would have players who would elect to skip the game just like college players missing the bowl game. Take the time off even if not with family and spend by themselves. Basketball should be fun and balanced with life.

schools want you to play on holidays but if you miss school or they are closed that day no games are played or you don't. What is wrong with this? If schools want holiday play they should give up something.
