My top ten 2008 season guarantees

1) Illinois will finish no better than 5th in the Big 10

2) Michigan will finish at worst 8-5

3) OSU will be in the title game once again

4) Georgia will not even make the SEC title game

5) Clemson will loose 2 games they shouldn't

6) Beanie Wells will be in New York for the Heisman ceremony

7) Steve Spurrier will throw his visor

8: Mark May will say at least one stupid thing (likely in his first saturday segment)

9) Oklahoma will loose their 5th BCS game

10) psufan will show up and rant for approx. 3 weeks this season.

Notre Dame wins 5 games this year. Charlie Weiss, again, looks estatic on the sideline after mediocre wins and still says they are turning the corner. Still a poor year for ND football fans.

USC gets beaten by the Bucks, they still win the Pac 10 and play in the Rose Bowl. They play Penn St and get beat by 10

WVU loses 2 games

Tennesee wins the SEC, plays Ohio State in the NC game with tOSU winning 28-13

Michigan loses to OSU, Penn St, Wisconsin and Illinois, and I will love every minute of it!

My friends will play a drinking game during the OSU/Michigan game that forces them to drink whenever the announcers mention RichRod bringing the speed and spread to the Big10 (Despite Purdue, Northwestern, Minnesota, and Illinois already using it ....Illinois much like RRs), and whenever Barwis' S&C program is mentioned.

The guarantee is that they will pass out by halftime, maybe the end of the first quarter.

Three things I do agree with is

1. Notre Dame will be looking for a coach after this year.

2. OHIO STATE 2008 NATIONAL CHAMPS

3. Beanie Wells will be the HEISMAN WINNER.

I doubt michign loses 9 games. The only way osu wins the title is if the sec quits playing football

SI has michigan finishing 4th from the bottom of the Big Ten. they have scUM finishing ahead of Purdue, Indiana and Minnesota. yes, that means Northwestern will finish ahead of Michigan according to SI. that's how bad Michigan will be this year and with everybody they lost and no QB to run Dick Rod's system, it won't surprise me a bit.

Michigan will be better than SI or any other "expert" suggests.

Look for them to win between 7-9 games this season and again play in a bowl game.

whoever the QB ends up being he's going to be very inexperienced and at this point they dont have one fast enough to run RR's system. and they obviously took huge blows to the offense due to graduation. Henne, Hart, Long, Manningham (basically their entire offense) gone. Michigan is a proud and resiliant program and would not be surprised if they had a better season than most are speculating, but with all the adjustments that need to be made and hurdles that need to be overcame, i would also not be surprised if they didnt get into a bowl game.

but this is a good challenge and chance for us to see what RR is made of. he's supposed to be such an offensive genius, let's see what he can do without the likes of Pat White, Steve Slaton and a stud o-line.

You should keep in mind that Slaton and White were basically created as star football players by RR.

I would look for White to have a drop off season without Rich Rodriguez to run his system.
