I was told the reason it has took this long is Time Warner wanted this channel on the digital package.
Big Ten Network wanted it on the second level.
Time Warner=Greed!

I think it was actually just the opposite . Time Warner just bailed out BTN big time .

The Sept. 30th. date , I think anyway , is a simple miss print . I sure hope so anyway, I canceled my Direct Tv install scheduled for tomorrow :122246

This is a link to an on-line contact form for Time Warner, as well as a phone number that addresses new services, and I'm thinking the BTN will be a new service, a new channel anyway.

http://www.timewarnercable.com/WV-VA-KY/customer/contactus/

This is another number I have for Time Warner:

1-866-701-3590.

I don't know how quick they will respond to the online question form but I'm thinking they'll at least notice if their inbox gets flooded with messages from those subscribers in the Ironton area....just a thought...... :12222

I have heard from two extremely reliable sources that we are going to get btn by sept 30th and that we WOULD NOT have it for tomorrows game. If I had to guess it will be on 75 but that is only a guess. But we will get it before sept 30th for sure. I just wish it was tomorrow.

The ou game is on espn2. The next game we have to worry about is Troy State on the 20th. I'm sure we will have it by then. Biggdawg if you live in Ironton its not on 75, or at least I don't think.

This is weird. My digital cable box doesn't have it, but my non cable box TV in the other room does.

Well, I guess Ironton, KY gets to see Western Kentucky in action.

The people to contact about this are your city council members and the mayor. The City of Ironton issues the cable company an exclusive contract for a fee. It's up to our elected officials to see that the residents get what they are paying for.

The city was so stupid to allow the local cable office to close a few years back. Since that time, customer service has gone south...literally and figuratively!

Yelling at those telemarketing folks working for the cable company is a waste of good time. The place to take this to is city hall.

26 - 0 @ the half . If you are watching the game, you know it could be a lot worse then that right now .
Pryor looked a bit nervous when he was in .
