Mister B....

Think you for educating me about Michigan. I mean imagine a WVU fan talking to a Michigan fan about cupcakes. Check your entire schd, yeah.

Enjoy one last season of success. Mediocrity is right around the corner.

Ok. Well, sometimes players and their families mouth off when they shouldn't, so I will take your word on it. I do seem to recall him being a punk during the 07 season.

I am not trying to paint a bad picture of Mallet. He is a rare talent. He is just young and thinks he knows more than the coaches. He got better as the season went along with his attitude. I wish him well and hope it all works out for him. He was given every oppurtunity to stay and be the starting QB at Michigan. So, I like to say I only talk about players that play for Michigan.

He isn't a punk, just needed an attitude adjustment. Coach Carr said he had more raw talent then any QB he coached. Just needs his head to catch up with his physical talent.

Didn't he and Manningham have issues with each other? Maybe I am way off on this one. I just seem to remember there being problems.

Maybe so, but Michigan seems to be standing on the corner of mediocrity.

at the end of the day, no matter how bad things look at the present moment, I am comforted by the fact that RR wasn't hired to win one game. 11 National Titles, 42 Big Titles, and the most wins in division one history; what has WVU accomplished again?

Is Utah ranked this year if they are so talented? Is Michigan ranked if they are so talented? Michigan was out played by a non-BSC school. Now, we have to here about "wait till next year" or wait in three years and we'll show you. Michigan does not have the depth nor talent to have a winning season. I predict 4-8 if that and yes I watched the game. Take off the rose colored glasses, it is what it is. Enjoy the ND beat down this year because now it doesn't matter where its played at.

peake wrote:On a mission. I hope you are talking about this year alone (can't compete for a Big Ten Title). Since 2000 Michigan has won 3 Big Ten Titles, and in 2006 was a hit to the helmet (Crable) and on side recovery away from possibly winning the Big Ten and playing in the Nationa Title Game instead. Last season Michigan and OSU played for the Big Ten Title outright. Michigan held back Heene and Hart against Wisconsin or Michigan at worst would have tied OSU for the Big Ten Title.

BTW, Purdue, a spread team, does have a Big Ten Title to their credit as does NW (2000).

Don't feel too good about stoping KSU either, Marshall held them to what 15 points that same year.

I love how you diss Marshall until you need to use them to argue a point to protect Michigan's integrety. How many MAC schools is Michigan playing this year? How many is Marshall playing? At least Marshall plays a strong non-conference sch.

Utah was 26th to start the season, so call it what you will. Michigan was outplayed, it happends. I have watched lowly Marshall outplay OSU before. It's going to be a difficult year, but what are you trying to prove by saying what you are saying? Where were you in 2000 when OSU was terriable? Either you jumped off the bandwagon, or you were where I am. I support my team through the good and the bad.

Your opinion to me is mud, dirt, muck, it means nothing. People laugh at your posts all the time. When Dubs put you down and said he couldn't take you serious, that should have been a sign to you.

I am glad that you have come to the conclusion that you have. I know you are an expert on Michigan so I am certainly taking your opinon serious.

I don't get your ND comment either. We'll see what happends, that game is two weeks away. I only care about this weeks.

I was still dissing MArshall because they sucked that year as well. I was making a point about Marshall sucking and holding KSU to 20 points to prove a point about OSU. It had nothing to do with Michigan. WOuld you really like to compare strength of schd? How many games did Marshall win again the past 4 seasons? Have they hit double digits yet?

I don't care about Marshall. They really proved to me how much they improved with a HUGE win over Illinois St.

Michigan will be just fine... they will bet back on track this week and keep it rolling against the irish... everyone talks about rr and how he is struggling .... michigan lost alot of players off that offense from last year... and it takes time to get a new system together... I love the new look for the wolverines and not to mention that osu is game 12 and even tho they are more talented the offense should be rolling by then..... osu is so good against the spread right..... florida and illinious. .......rr just build it and they will come....ill take growing pains for one year .... but im not so sure that they are going to hurt that bad... this team will be just fine ... utah has a very nice team.... im glad we opened with them so we can see where we are....

Like I care what dubs thinks? Is he the guru that you look up to? I respect the fact that he is, I think, an OSU fan. Look around at all the post response you get. I think you have Michigan insight and the rest is junk. I think most posters think your a joke with your name calling and words like "suck" that you throw around. My argument is Marshall is playing Wisconsin and WVU which is playing up for Marshall. Playing MAC and Utah is playing down for Michigan. I don't care about Michigan. They really proved to me how much they improved with a HUGE lose over Utah.

Yeah I kinda like the fact the Marshall is playing these tuff teams, but what good is it doing beside a FAT paycheck. You, get beat up on so bad during your non conf games. Then come to the league games all your personal is hurt or to bagged up and not 100%.

About Michigan I'll take the growing pains, cause thats what is it. This team is nothing, NOTHING like last years team. RR has came in a turn everything around for the good. The players are in alot better shape, and everything. I bet next time RR goes for two, Threet makes that throw in the endzone.

Any truth to the multiple transfer rumors coming out of Ann Arbor today? I know two of them to be true, any truth to the others.

Marshallman,

SHould we conduct a poll, maybe see if people actually care what you have to say? We can ask the same for me. I would put money on it that I get a much more positive response. Marshall is Marshall. I have been around the program I garuntee more than you for the last four years. I have worked professionally for them. They are collecting a check, nothing more when playing these games. The Wisconsin payout is terriable though. I am thinking around $300,000. They could have played another home game against a nobody and collected 5 times that amount. They have no reason to play OSU, Tennessee, WVU, Wisconsin, etc. They are not at that level. It does them absolutly no good.

THe fact that you say you think Dubs is an OSU fan is hilarious.

Like I said, you contribute nothing to this site. Your best post was, Pryor is going to win the Heisman next year. You don't add any insight. Everything you have to say is extremly vague.

Orestes,

Yes the rumors are true. Mike Cox has left the program, as well as Taylor Hill. Cox was a product of the Carr days, and Hill just wasn't on that level. Cox saw the light in the runningback race. He would have been lost in the depth chart. Witherspoon is not a part of the team, but will enroll at a JC because he didn't qualify academically. He is still a UM commit, but his recruitment will open back up. None of this has anthing to do with RR.

What about Carlos Brown and Avery Horn? This isn't from an OSU insider, just something I saw on theozone.net.

If you haven't heard anything, it must just be a rumor. I would have to wonder about the older RBs though, as the frosh seem to have taken over the position.

Horn would make sense, but Brown was taking snaps today with the two's. I haven't heard anything, but I will look further into it.
