Brandon Simonette Belpre has to be on this list. A Mr Do Everything for the Golden Eagles
the 6’1” sophomore guard even jumps center for Belpre. Starting varsity since last season Simonette can score and defend

Gavin Arbaugh from Vinton County. He splits JV and Varsity but gets a decent amount of playing time on Varsity when Speakman is out and they need a point guard. Very smooth with he ball & excited to see how he will develop. Also Ash Abele from VC. He’s a transfer from Athens but is originally from VC. Very good athlete and a pretty good shooter. I expect them to see a lot of minutes next year with the possibility of starting roles.

Re: Top Sophomores in the Area
Matthew Fraulini's 14 points led Portsmouth vs. Fairland, and was the 7th game in which he has led Portsmouth in the scoring column. I can see Loveday as the top sophomore, but Fraulini can play with any of the others mentioned.

Harrah from Fairfield Union averaging about 10 a game. Has a great mid range and has to shot 70% From the field. I've heard he can dunk about any way you want as well.
