Fayetteville has some trees. You need pads and a helmet there .Anything is possible and it was played at Fayetteville.

When was the last time that happened? I know they had a really good team with Cox and Bennington in 2006, but I'm not sure that they won the league then, just reached the Convo.

The last time West Union won the SHAC league title was 1989. They went undefeated in the league that season.danicalifornia wrote: Wed Feb 07, 2018 4:33 pmWhen was the last time that happened? Not sure what's going on in Ripley right now. Started the season off as one of if not the best team in league. Have had several surprising losses in the past few weeks.

Its a shame. The Coach does a great job in my opinion. Maybe an injury or something.32west wrote: Wed Feb 07, 2018 8:18 pmNot sure what's going on in Ripley right now. Started the season off as one of if not the best team in league. Have had several surprising losses in the past few weeks.

Fayetteville and Ripley did NOT play last night. Their girls teams both did though. WU has clinched at least a share of the conference championship but Ripley can still tie them if Ripley wins out vs Fairfield and Peebles. WU only has one conference game left vs Lynchburg.

Ok, the radio C-103 gave the score. Assumed it was Boys score. Wondered why it wasn't scheduled.BallDontLie wrote: Wed Feb 07, 2018 8:48 pm Fayetteville and Ripley did NOT play last night. I agree that Coach Woodward is doing a good job. My guess is he'll be at Ripley for a long timeHoopie74 wrote: Wed Feb 07, 2018 8:39 pmIts a shame. The Coach does a great job in my opinion. Finals tonight
Eastern 66-42 Whiteoak
Ripley 71-66 Fairfield
Lynchburg Clay 71-36 Fayetteville
These results tonight set up an interesting show down next Friday. Ripley must win @ Peebles and Lynchburg Clay needs to beat WU to force a tie for first place between Ripley and WU. WU wins outright if Ripley loses or WU beats LC @ LC
