The bias on this forum is throw up worthy. But we all have first amendment rights. I am with VQ on this one. The beatings that some have taken on here are ok, but not so the case if it is others. Some of the bias posting is downright embarrassing. Again first amendment rights. I love this country.

Everyone deserves a trophy, and I've heard daddy ball ended a few weeks ago so no need to dredge that up again. The team has moved on and hasn't lost since it ended. Keep in mind, millennial spelled backwards is lainnellim.

It worked in pee wee ball when I played. We didn't win very many games but I got to play a lot and I shot every time I touched the ball so I was happy and so was my mom.

I’ve been nothing but respectful on this thread. I’ve not slammed daddy ball but also don’t defend because the 8-10 people that jump on here and laugh at daddy ball aren’t making fun or downgrading any kid....they are joking at the adults involved. I don’t condone it but I’m not defending adults as most of them are on here to defend themselves. My teams are Jackson and Whiteoak...I want them to win and everyone else, well may the best team win in a fairly officiated and injury free game. I spend a lot of time on here...I never ever speak to anyone from Athens or Vinton Co, not in my line of life. The only interactions I have with those two communities are on here and on here only. VC posters used to get on here and dog Jackson and their football stadium bad....were pretty irritating and at that same time Athens has 3 or 4 regulars on here and we good posters and respectful back and forth. Jokes here and there but never at a kid (intentional or unintentional...not that darn hard) at that time I would’ve wished Athens would beat VC by 50. Many years later I don’t have a single issue with any VC poster. Athens is mostly fine but there are certainly some mentions of stuff I don’t care for....and just happens to be against one of their rival TVC schools. I prefer Vinton County to win this game...if Athens wins it’s fine, I’ll likely be one of the first 3 to congratulate and one of the more positive posters for Athens on the Athens vs Fairland thread....but will likely pick Fairland by 8-12 points and therefore be deemed disrespectful and a millennial yada yada yada
