Just found out this morning who the new head coach is and I will say I’m completely shocked on who they selected. All I can say is wow.

My info says that it’s a guy with genuine RV connections.

    Don't you think it's childish to say " I know, but I ain't telling"?

Yes you got me! They took too long and had nobody else and just randomly started calling old alum and I took it. I think we will just skip all of the spring and summer workouts and show up in August for two a days.

      Cole24train,

Don't listen to that outside crap. We know there is plenty of talent at RV. Work hard, mesh with the new coach, and get ready for 2018. I know I am! GO RAIDERS!

Coach Peck beat RV like a drum in the jamboree game most years, and you can say itwasn't legit but it was, and now he's not good enough to coach at RV? The guy knows what he's doing and kids respect the hell out of him. This was the best choice all along.

Will this be a big change in offense philosophy?

I know he ran the veer a couple of years at SG, but I think he adjusts to what his personnel is. I'm telling you, the o-line will be strong and if he can, he will run behind them. I do believe he spread it out a little more when he had the really athletic Hutchinson kid at QB.
