Yes his arm was in a sling from where he got hit in the elbow by a pitch, just a bruise and won't lose any playing time.

He has had the Senior injury bug for sure. Blows out ACL first game of Football, Bad Ankle Sprain 3rd game of Basketball, and now this in his 1st game. Hopefully the end to injuries.

Don't know if I've seen many kids generate so much interest on this site for switching schools to play ball, even though it happens in every sport every year. Besides, it's not like anybody was betrayed. You can't help a team you were dismissed from so it really is what it is. Talk about Mattox the Eagle. He really has no bearing on anything Meigs anymore.

Eastern (14-1 Hocking) defeats Fed Hock 12-2, guaranteeing at least a share of the TVC Hocking Title.
Southern (13-2 Hocking) defeats Wahama 7-4, giving themselves a shot to beat Eastern and split the league title with the Eagles.
This is going to be a great game and just the way we like it... Eastern and Southern, battling it out for the championship, just like the good old SVAC days (when I was in school LOL)! This is what the rivalry is all about!

considering they return 8 starters, 6 seniors, I'll take Eastern to win the league
