I hope you’re right, like to see him at the helm of the Fighting Tigers, I think he’ll do good no matter what The nae sayers have to say. He would bring a great energy to a program that needs it.

After doing some thinking, first step in turning the Tigers around next season we are changing the helmets to white with a tiger on the sides, YTB might be upset with changing the helmets but it is only the first step in turning the program around. We will also have a white out one home game.

how you doin ole blue. great hearing from you again. if I was going to step into this new era right. I would put a tigers head, a paw, or either the word ironton or tigers on the helmets. I'd jazz the jerseys up a bit. maybe even a few tiger stripes. the ironton uniforms were designed to look like the Cleveland browns but with black. I'd do something to the uni's to tell people they are the tigers. maybe the word tigers on the jersey. or fighting tigers on the shoulders. you look good, ya play good. usher in a new era. because the whole program is going to have to be re-booted anyway. give the kids something to get excited about. actually the white out idea sounds cool.

I was hoping this coach Pendleton would get a shot at it. If he does good luck and let’s turn this program around. I would like to see him meet with the boys they would be impressed with him.

Pendleton had a meeting with the powers that be yesterday, has been offered the job, but I do not know if he accepted or declined yet.

I agree. There needs to be a whole new concept to the program. The past is the past. Great memories..They will always be there. Move forward to the future.
