7:20 is the target time for both Belpre and White Oak to finish their field practice. A little light rain that is not stopping anything and radar shows heavier rain looks to be skirting the area.

Thunder and lightning 20 miles past Chillicothe but home plate ump saw the lightning flicker and it’s gonna be 8:30 or so
