Rich Rodriguez has everything to gain and nothing to lose in his first shot at Ohio State. Very, very dangerous.

Have you ever noticed how WVU always had trouble late in the season with a national ranking on the line but then woudl play very well in the bowl games following such let-downs? I wonder if Rodriguez is so much of a outlaw/gambler that playing not to lose as the favorite is something he has trouble doing.

The OSU/Michigan game is going to be a great contrast between two completely different coaching styles. I am really looking forward to this one.

The past couple games the Buckeyes have played very well. The past couple games Beanie Wells has run wild...coincidence? me thinks not. records mean nothing in this rivalry, anything can happen at any time, moreso than in any other match up. so Beanie needs to have yet another big game (he certainly hasn't disappointed against Michigan in the past). both teams have something to fight for. a win over OSU would help to lift some of the the weight of a disappointing first season under RR and a win over scUM would guarentee OSU at least a share of the Big 10 title. should be a great game, i can't wait.
