Interesting read. The dreaded words "district play" is mentioned as a solution that other states that have perceived or real conference turmoil might use.

Trotwood, I really believe was not offered because of their past(Recruiting)

I heard a few years ago that Ohio would end up going to 'district play' in football. With a new commissioner he as already stated that change is some thing that can not be stopped.
