Has a date been set for a SE District Softball Game ?
Is there one scheduled for 2018 ? The Ohio High School Fast Pitch Coaches Asso. SE District has not done a very good job of keeping their site up to date.
I did see on another districts site that the Underclassman games will be held on June 18 & 19 at Central Pickerington.

The last year I went to one it was a bit of a joke. Didn’t seem very “special” to be a part ofBetween the Lines wrote: ↑Sat Jun 02, 2018 7:05 pm Has a date been set for a SE District Softball Game ?

Is this the game that used to be played in Pickerington ? Other districts get great participation , the SE not too much , seems like its a mystery on when and where tryouts are , and in the past they held them on weekends when travel was going on . My daughter went once , they had mandatory innings per player , they batted the entire lineup of like 18-20 people , and the SE got beat like 15-0 three straight times and each person batted 1-2 a game . Total waste of time . That was 4-6 years ago.

That is the under-class-man all-star game in Pickerington. Every disrtrict plays each other once over 2 days. This year the schedule date is June 18 & 19th. A few college coaches show up to watch.ManitouDan2 wrote: ↑Sun Jun 03, 2018 5:09 pm Is this the game that used to be played in Pickerington ? The SE District all-star game is usually played at Unioto. It needs revamped to into 2 games so everyone can get more at bats. Maybe divide up as a east vs. west SE District. Last year they had a large turn out, around 25 + per team. The year before was about the same. The Logan coach and the Unioto coach along with P. Clays coach did a good job of at least making a game out of it.

In 2013 it was at SSU Field on Portsmouth West Complex... didn’t have enough pitchers and were a player short of filling 2 teams . Two prior years were at Rio and were a bit better.Between the Lines wrote: ↑Sun Jun 03, 2018 5:56 pmThat is the under-class-man all-star game in Pickerington.
