Interesting that Scioto County went to Region 20. I would think that knowing there are adequate playoffs sites may have had a hand in taking Scioto County in Region 20. Chillicothe, Waverly and Zane Trace have turf fields and will probably play host to round 2, 3 in Region 20 should Scioto County have teams getting to and past week 1 of the playoffs.
This may also have been a consideration for Division III Region 12. Region 12 goes from Clermont County to Muskingum County.

I would think that the odds of Chillicothe, Waverly or ZT hosting a D5 game will be reduced/eliminated by this change. My bet is that they move these games closer to the Cincinnati area. Not sure if it matters, but those schools are all outside of the counties covered by Region 20.

Region 11 is a little weaker with no Dover or New Philia but they weren't any good. That region is still the CCL vs CCL.

Waverly still in an odd region, would think they would be in region 15 rather than 16
