Its a shame the process is what it is. I can say right now that some girls were left off this list that deserved to be recognized and some that are listed would not start on those said teams. But with teams being limited to 4 nominations it is what it is. The threads that have been going on the last week happen every year around this time.

Needs to be renamed "List of 4 best Players Off Each Team Award".

Death . Taxes . Symmes Valley over represented in post season awards. They had as many 1st team all district players as Clay ? Cmon man .

Don’t take me wrong , they have deserving players , but they always get 1-2 that seem out of whack - again league champ only gets two , the third place team shouldn’t have the same number .maube a better way to say it “ clay should have had more if the third place team gets two .

If you notice the district list, every team has 4 on the team that is spread out between the 1st, 2nd, and Honorable Mention. Now some teams may have 2 on the first team so they can only have 2 more on the other two teams. It is really just a participation trophy so that nobody gets their feelings hurt. Now we know it isn’t fair for the first place teams to have more members than a sub-par team but we want everyone to feel it is fair. SMH
