I know nothing about Manchester, but, if I were betting, I’d say Manchester by a lot. The new coach at Hannah needs time to build a team.

No and no, they had a small run for them 3 years ago or so. Changed up coaching staffs graduated the kids that produced some wins and have been down hill since. Not many kids go out and this year lost 46 and 58 to nothing. If they hold on to football and the other area club teams become OHSAA recognized I'd say they'll fall right into that conference, help on drive times
